As the Trump administration continues to release millions of pages of documents related to the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein, politicians, business leaders, and celebrities have reeled from emails detailing their associations with the deceased sex criminal.
One name mentioned over 2,000 times so far in the ‘Epstein Files’ is Reid Hoffman, the founder of LinkedIn and a top donor to the Wisconsin Democratic Party.
The newly released batch of documents found close ties between Hoffman and Epstein, from hundreds of emails to a planned visit to the now infamous ‘Epstein Island’ in the Virgin Islands.
One email, titled ‘Trip to the Island’, details Hoffman’s travel plans to Epstein’s island. (RELATED: Rand Paul Flags $481M “Refugee & Entrant Assistance” Line Item in Ukraine Aid Vote)
“Reid will take a Virgin America Flight from SFO to Fort Lauderdale, departing at 8:20 am, landing at 4:40 pm” Epstein wrote to his assistant.
In another email, Epstein invited Hoffman to his ranch and island, saying, “Let’s play.”
Hoffman has reportedly donated over $15 million to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin since 2019, a staggering figure that in the 2024 election made up 24% of the party’s contributions.
Despite his deep ties to Epstein, Hoffman has repeatedly seized on the issue to attack conservatives such as Elon Musk. (RELATED: ACA Enrollments Plummet in Wisconsin as Subsidies Expire)
“Just a reminder that Elon Musk really implied in a public forum that President Trump is a pedophile, and still chooses to spend hundreds of millions to support him,” Hoffman recently wrote.
Hoffman has previously apologized for his relationship with Epstein, which reportedly included an attempt to ‘rehabilitate’ his image through philanthropy for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
“My last interaction with Epstein was in 2015. Still, by agreeing to participate in any fundraising activity where Epstein was present, I helped to repair his reputation and perpetuate injustice. For this, I am deeply regretful,” he said in 2019.
