On Monday, the Milwaukee Brewers introduced a new exclusive membership club coming to American Family Field, used for gameday and non gameday events.
For the past couple months, the Milwaukee Brewers have had construction on the west side of American Family Field with little explanation of the project. The Brewers announced this week that the construction is the footprint for the new “Truss Club.” The Truss Club, will be an exclusive game-day viewing experience for fans.
Named after the construction features of Milwaukee’s iconic retractable roof, the Truss Club will serve as the premier dining and viewing experience in the ballpark. The construction taking place on the west side of the building, will be a bar and restaurant atmosphere, with a terrace where fans can enjoy the views of Milwaukee while also enjoying the gameday atmosphere. The Brewers are also adding a row of seats behind home plate on what is currently part of the warning track. They will also be remodeling the first six rows of sections 120-116, and parts of sections 114 and 121. These new seats will mimic premium style stadium seating across the MLB including: padding on back and seat, access to private restrooms, bar, lockers, wait staff throughout the game to deliver in seat food and beverage.
“We are endlessly focused on ensuring that the ballpark remains first in class,” said Brewers chief operating officer Marti Wronski. “Not just in terms of being clean and maintained, but in terms of the fan amenities and the experiences for all fans here at the ballpark.”
Besides the Club Level which takes the entirety of section 300, there are only a handful of other exclusive gameday viewing experiences in the ballpark. Especially ones that are generally not open to the general public. This section offers a membership style ticketing experience, and also includes access to events that occur outside of typical gameday operations.
The Brewers will also use this space to help elevate their wedding and private event experience, which currently requires most events and their attendees to travel three floors to the club level where there is a full bar and smaller entertainment area. For fans who aren’t interested in a season long commitment, there is also more construction just outside the center field wall. This footprint is for a new playground, performance stage, mini golf course, and bier garden that will be open to all fans. The area is right off the south bridge from the preferred and general parking lots. They are also planning on a permanent multilevel food and beverage complex in the same area opening sometime during 2027.
The Crew will start their next homestand on Friday, where they will host six games across seven days. They will welcome the Philadelphia Phillies, and then Cleveland Guardians to wrap up before they head to Atlanta.
